Dearest Gaza…
A letter, a prayer, and a promise not to look away
O Allah, be gentle with us and them in what is destined, and turn away from us and them the evil of tyrants, oppressors, and corrupters — and all who assist them — swiftly and without delay. Grant us safety and well-being, O Most Merciful.

Dearest Gaza stems from the ache of not knowing what to do while watching a people be erased in real time. It is a space of witnessing, of refusal to turn away. I am not Palestinian. I do not live under bombs. But I am Muslim, and I carry this pain like so many in the ummah. May this space soften your heart, deepen your dua and help you hold Gaza close, even from afar.
Dearest Gaza #1
Dearest Gaza, Today I heard that content from Gaza is being restricted. Videos are being removed, accounts are being silenced, and timelines are being reshaped to…
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the injustice of rulers and from the evil of the One who exercises power.
